Family Housing Support Worker

20 Hours per week – £14,525.29


We are looking for a dedicated Family Housing Related Support Worker, delivering intensive housing management and tailored support to families across Hull.

Supporting Families

Supporting families and children through person-centred approaches.

Managing Risks

Managing risk and confidently handling challenging situations.

Safeguarding

Applying safeguarding knowledge for both children and adults.

Liaising

Liaising effectively with statutory, voluntary, and community services.

Community Needs

Responding creatively to complex individual and community needs.

Team Player

Being part of a collaborative, supportive team.

Flexibility

This role requires flexibility, including working every third weekend from 9:00am–13:00pm and participating in a monthly out-of-hours rota, with an additional allowance provided.

  • Understand safeguarding principles and risk management.

  • Have access to suitable transport for community-based work.
