We have several properties set aside for housing related support (HRS).

Housing related support
HRS is the package of support offered by HCHA, often in partnership with other organisations, to help people who are struggling with housing or those experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
Through HRS we provide the extra support someone needs to help them into a tenancy and then manage that tenancy successfully. The Housing Related Support Framework is the local mechanism that allows organisations like HCHA to deliver that support.
Am I eligible for support?
To be eligible for the support you must be a minimum of 18
years old, have a local connection to Hull and be referred by Hull City Council.
You must be someone who needs support to live independently and manage a tenancy. Referrals are through Hull City Council Adult Social Care or Children, Families and Young People Services.
HCHA typically supports people who could be described as:
Families with support needs
Adults with learning difficulties or autism
Having support needs does not mean you cannot be independent. It means that you’re entitled to extra support to get there.
