Your home will be completely self-contained with your own front door allowing the privacy and independence you expect. It will be easy to maintain, and you will be able to give your new home a personal touch and furnish it as you wish.
Your kitchen will have fully fitted units. There will be storage space and lounge and bedroom areas.

Many of the people who live in our properties have arranged broadband and digital or satellite TV and all properties have a telephone point.

Local shops and other amenities such as doctors’ surgeries are within walking distance and on local bus routes. 

Some of our schemes include communal areas, including laundry facilities, gardens with seating areas, an on-site laundry and parking.

We understand that sometimes you like to be alone and at other times you may want to be more sociable. Our properties give you that freedom.

You will not need to worry about maintenance and repairs or gardening upkeep as we take care of those.
