Our Property History
Hull Churches Housing Association has been developing and acquiring homes across Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire since 1987. Our portfolio has grown from our first scheme, St Barnabas Court, to almost 500 homes across a diverse range of communities. Information about each scheme can be expanded below.
Our homes and our housing schemes vary – with flats, houses, and bungalows. Some are part of a block or larger scheme, and others are dispersed. A small number of our homes also have support commissioned by the local authority. Our housing for older people (ages 55+ and 60+) has a team of staff to offer some additional tenancy support, as well as having touch-screen technology enabling communication and enhancing safety. Where there is no additional equipment, we call this ‘general needs’.
